How do I make payments?

We will send you a reminder in your e-mail few days before your due date. The following will be the modes of payment:

The most convenient way to settle your payment is through payment requests. Two days before your due date our system will send you a coins.ph payment request which you can settle with your coins.ph wallet free of charge. If you do not have a coins.ph wallet you can settle it directly at 7/11, Cebuana, or M Lhuillier branches with a small fee depending on the third-party channel partner. This is our recommended mode of payment since it will automatically reflect in our system. Consequently, you will get a confirmation via SMS within minutes of making your payment.

You can also pay through bank deposit or online transfer, which is free of charge (only if settled within the same bank). The payment made will not automatically reflect in our system, so make sure you email us a copy of the deposit slip or a screenshot of your transfer to [email protected] Our payment verification team will confirm your payment within the next banking day upon receiving your proof of payment. Note that transfers between different banks will incur fees of PhP 200. Below are the list of banks where payment is accepted:
